What is the difference b/w partner rotation and Audit rotation and how many years for issuers and non-issuers?

I have the exact same question with no replies. I had a question similar to this and didn't know the answer b/c it was out of left field. The choices are anywhere from 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 years, but I don't know the answer. Have you found the answer yet? If so please tell me for both Public and Non-Public, thank you!
