No, drcpa, it is not legal. 

Those are licensed materials, and it is not permitted for you to publish them or post a link to them on the internet.  Only the original producer of those materials (Becker, Gleim, Bisk, whomever) has the right to publish their materials on the internet.

You can ask about questions that are giving you trouble.  Many people will put a particular question and answer in a post and ask for an explanation of the question. 

You can also give a page number reference to your book and ask someone to explain the topic.  If you do that, make sure you tell us which book and which edition so we can follow along and help you.

You got the Wiley CD back, but the stolen electronic copy she made is still on that website for "sharing".  Yes, making and keeping a copy of the Wiley materials without paying the publisher IS stealing.  Distributing Wiley without paying royalties is worse.  Copying and/or reselling  licensed software and books such as Becker is worse yet.

She "badly needed some additional prep" did she?????  No, she didn't.  She just wanted to take advantage of something you paid for.  Wiley doesn't cost much - she could have bought it on line for the price of a few fancy lunches, but no......

The CPA profession is a profession with an extremely high ethical code.  It is inconsistent with any kind of strong ethical code to steal software and books.

To gain entrance to the CPA profession, she is stealing the preparation materials.  That really ticks me off.  Anyone who feels they need the books and software so badly that they have to steal them DESERVES to fail!!!!
