Wow I'm really surprised.  The test-prep is $55, but shipping is $15!!!  That's insane.  That makes the test-prep CD come out to $70...not quite the deal I thought.  I'm kind of upset that they are obviously gouging on the shipping price.

I can't recomend Gleim for AUD... If you really looking for cheap way - wiley might be the answer.

I have complete package from Gleim - book, audio CD, online, test-prep CD - and actually used only book and test-prep CD (and I have to supplement it with wiley book and textbook from college). Online is useless: presentation is just powerpoint slides with reading from book... All mcq are the same as in the book, only thing is different - simulations (but there are 20 sims in the book already)

Venus,

I think they are trying to promote the download option.  I was originally going to order the actual disc, but saw the shipping and changed my mind.  The download option is pretty convenient and you get the software immediately.

Hi guys. Gleim has been ok for me so far. It helped me with BEC which I couldn't seem to pass with Wiley! I bought the test-prep CD and just practised loads of ques for 6 weeks! Went in the exam and was surprised how much more confident I felt when I was done.

I've been using Gleim to prepare for REG and FAR. I bought the online course, books and test-prep CDs. It's been ok but soooo much info to know, learn and remember! I'm an int'l candidate with a degree from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica so I have ZERO experience with US taxation. Business law I have more familiarity with. I'm more comfortable with Financial accounting, even though it's still sooo much info! FAR and REG are definately the HARDEST sections in my opinion. My biggest problem is REMEMBERING the concepts and not to mention all the CREDIT LIMITS in REG! It's easier for me to remember with FAR but REG is hard cause the majority of it (tax) is completely NEW info for me to learn!

I'm practising mcqs with Gleim and sometimes I feel like I'm doing ok (scoring 65%-75%) and then other times I feel like there's so much more that I should know by now. I suppose all I can do is prepare as best as possible.

Anyways, just want to wish everyone all the best in their exams!

I'm jumping on this bandwagon. I'm just getting through unit 11 for FAR in Gleim and have postponed my exam twice because I have to read, then reread x 2 all the study outlines. I'm going to go ahead and finish, since I paid good money for the entire program, but will definitely concentrate my effort on answering as many of the Gleim mcq's as possible. I'm also going to purchase the Yaeger cram after reading/talking to some of you guys.
