Your former boss must send it directly to the CBA. I'm not sure what experience you're talking about. The form has spots for your former boss to fill out required employment info.
On a side note, I just received my green and white postcards in the mail. Here is my updated status:
12/2/09 - passed final section (FAR)
2/5/10 - passed CA Ethics exam
2/10/10 - Live Scan
2/15/10 - transcripts from law school mailed to CBA to confirm Pathway 2 availability
2/17/10 - sent experience paperwork to old firm for partner to fill out (the office fills out these forms monthly so I will be notified when mine is complete and sent out)
2/19/10 - sent completed application (along with Criminal Conviction Disclosure Form) and $250 check
3/2/10 - received yellow card in mail acknowledging receipt of application and fee
3/4/10 - $250 application fee cashed by state board
3/8/10 - e-mail from old firm informing me that they have mailed the experience form to the state board
4/18/10 - finally received letter (dated 4/14/10) that the board has received all of the necessary information and will begin the review process.
4/28/10 - received white and green postcards in the mail. Sent in the completed postcards and the $100 fee the same day. Almost done!
I'll update this as I hear more, but I'm hoping it doesn't take too long with the furloughs and what not. Having read this post it looks like it should be done before summer, which is what I'm hoping for.
