Can someone tell me WHERE to take the ethics exam? I went to the CalCPA website and ordered the course (online format) and got a confirmation of order and that was it.... *LOST...*

I had the same problem. You have to re-login to your CalCPA course site using the unique password they gave you when you ordered. The password may be in your original order receipt, but I had to call them to get it. If you don't log in this way, it doesn't appear when you click on "Courses".

I now have another question....I used to report to a CFO of a private company and he's a CPA from Michigan for two years.  Can that fulfill my accounting experience?  Another thing I am not sure if he's active or not...assume he is active and CA recognizes his license from Michigan I would say I am fine...but if not...what happens? What are my options?? Any input would be greatly appreciated....
