Prob. after certain time(prob after Dec 31, 2010, we do not get CPE for it since it's part of the required step for licensing)(as my interpretation), instead of Continuing Professional Education Credit course.

And for the initial year, every 6 months, we need to have at least 20 hours so as to be active CA CPA, and meanwhile, prob. 80hours every two years (my boss told me about $1,200 for all the credits per two years).

Passed Ethics CA tonight at 92% Yay!!!! 

Licensed by AICPA already. Time for State.

I am still struggling with the CA Ethics exam in the area of independence.  On my third try, I got an 84%.  I have sent an email to the CA ethics for a PDF copy to accompanied my textbook.

Any suggestions on other materials to use?
