This is a very valuable tip. I downloaded the AICPA Code of Conduct and have been able to easily answer a few questions.

Does this exam work like the AICPA one where you get a book then fill out the answers online and get three chances?  If you fail you have to pay again for three more chances?  I just passed AICPA but had a HARD time with it.  I feel so dumb.  Anyway I need a CA license as well so now it looks like I have to do this one as well.

I understand the ethic exam is an open book. But does the exam has a time limit to finish it?

No, the ethic exam doesn't have time limit. You can take all the time in the world. Good luck!
