OP: I vote for FBI. Stability, interesting work (or at least it sounds like it would be), growth potential, decent hours. Say, how did you get that FBI job? Any pointers on how to get a job there?

What kinds of business fields? I have put more than 4 years at mid sized CPA firms and am miserable and don't see other business options. Unless you really like accounting, CPA firms outside the Big 4 are very boring and unpleasant to work for, without much growth potential, full of tedious, mind-numbing work, and don't provide great exit opportunities.
