I missed the on-campus recruiting and I know it's probably too late to apply, but it there other way to get my resume to someone in any of the Big4 for possibility?

Talk to your professors and the kids you know who went
through Big4 recruiting.

Stay in touch with friends working or interning at a big 4...
I'm interning with a Big 4 this next Spring semester, and I received an email during the summer asking for recommendations for audit positions that need to be filled next January.
I shot a few emails to some people and one person got an interview. So you never know what might come up.
Start networking, and get ready to apply for interviews in the Spring is all I can say. You might be behind the curve, but not all is lost. Join a student accounting organization or your local AICPA chapter as a student member.
Go to your professors, and "ask them for career advice". Talk to them about their experiences, what they know about the field, tax vs audit...etc etc. Point is to get your name out there, and possibly someone might hook you up with a recruiter.
Good luck.

I was in the same situation as you a month ago. Campus
recruitment as already ended in where I live. All I did was
to network with everyone I know that are connected to the
big4. At the end a friend found out there's still campus
recruitment going on in another state and he sent my resume
to the HR there. Two days ago, I received an offer!
