Our Instructor Hotline is limited
to 2.5 hours for each section (10 hrs. in total). Most
of our candidates never come close to using their
Instructor Hotline time. Our program is different than
others in the market as we teach concepts vs.
memorization techniques, so that our students understand
what they are doing and why they are doing it. This
method gives the CPA candidate a better understanding of
the material, ultimately resulting in increased chances
of passing.
The calculations of Instructor Hotline time is pretty
simple, you call and when talking with the instructors
your times are tracked. For e-mail questions the
Instructors track the amount of time it takes to answer
questions and the in students are informed of their time
usage after each e-mail exchange.
As for our "Internal" message boards, that does NOT
count towards Instructor Hotline time. Many candidates
utilize our message boards to interact with instructors
and other students. The typical instructor response time
on our message boards are within 1-business day.
Although many times responses are provided within a
couple hours.
