Hello Everyone,

Please advise below:

1/ Is there any limits of the numbers of calls for help to Yaeger on those CPA exam questions?

2/ I heard something regarding to calling for help, up to 10 hours (including email and phone) and after 10 hours, Yaeger will charge a fee, is it correct?

Please clarify. Thanks!

Our Instructor Hotline is limited to 2.5 hours for each section (10 hrs. in total).  Most of our candidates never come close to using their Instructor Hotline time.  Our program is different than others in the market as we teach concepts vs. memorization techniques, so that our students understand what they are doing and why they are doing it.  This method gives the CPA candidate a better understanding of the material, ultimately resulting in increased chances of passing.

The calculations of Instructor Hotline time is pretty simple, you call and when talking with the instructors your times are tracked.  For e-mail questions the Instructors track the amount of time it takes to answer questions and the in students are informed of their time usage after each e-mail exchange.

As for our "Internal" message boards, that does NOT count towards Instructor Hotline time.  Many candidates utilize our message boards to interact with instructors and other students.  The typical instructor response time on our message boards are within 1-business day.  Although many times responses are provided within a couple hours.

I hope this helps.  Our goal is to help our student to pass the CPA Exam.  The student MUST do the required work to pass the exam.  Our instructors are here to help.

Team Yaeger

Let me just say that Phil BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME.
He called meme on a weekend to explain something.
His effort has been nothing short of 100% dedicated and
Yaeger has by far THE BEST program out there. I've
supplemented a fair amount (which I think is prudent -
not your fault Phil but Wiley screwed the pooch on their
coverage of Professional and Legal Responsibilities and
their online test bank could learn volumes from Gleim's
test bank format. Gleim contains alot of
superflous info though. Phil really gets down to the
meat of the matter. So do your self a favor and go with
Yaeger.
