How is Yaeger's online support. Any problems viewing the lectures?

My Friends and I were unable to view any Cram Demos and it was reported twice over two weeks ago. Does anyone have the same problem?

I know Roger CPA Review would be much more responsive.

CPA hopeful, as always if there are any viewing problems we are
available to help. Our support through our Instructor Hotline or internal
MyYaeger portal is superior...in most cases answering all questions
within 24 business hours. And if ever there is a faster response
needed I can be contacted directly at john@yaegercpareview.com. I
can get you in touch with the correct individual needed.

Sometimes it takes a while to find questions posted on outside
message boards, so please send questions directly for faster
responses. Also utilize the "contact us" information found on our home
page for direct contact.
