I am studying regulation from Roger's full course and think
he does a good job with covering the material. I highly
recommend his full course if you are not a tax person. Even
though the total lecture time is 28 hours it does not feel
so long because of his entertaining style. I am currently
reviewing his lectures all over again after doing all MCQ's
once and am understanding the material even better than the
first round. I am not a tax person but if you are a tax
person or have already taken the exam then cram course
might make more sense.

I used the cram, however I already took the exam once and
passed(due to expired credit took again) and I was a Tax
Accountant when I took it. If you have no exposure to tax,
I would suggest the full, if you do take the cram. He does
a good Job and Wiley Software is good always. Good Luck

I'm a tax person and I used his full course because I had the time I wasn't in a rush. He does a good job of covering the material as stated and even helped me with some points I struggled to understand. As always do a ton of MCQ.

Good luck!!
