I'm not complaining about the time the questions been answered. I understand the situation, of course there are lots of Roger students so if each of them ask questions, Roger's staffs need time to answer them. The reason that i'm not quite happy that if you post a question on the message board, then you received an email stating that your question is been declined and another short sentence stating that- the explanation on the back is very self explanatory. Well if the question is very self explanatory, then why do we need to attend Roger class? I can just buy the Wiley book and self study it.

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience with the Message Board. I have personally been doing some research to find out more about generic answers from those that monitor the message board. I would really like to help you and find out more and would appreciate it if you would contact me at the office: 415-346-4272, you can ask for Sarah. It is my understanding that we try and answer all student question as quickly as possible but there are times when we will direct a student to where they can find the answer to their question in the material provided. As always, the staff is here to help students succeed, so if ever you are having a problem, do not hesitate to contact us directly. I hope to hear from you soon.

As a professional in this industry and with many years experiences, you knows very well how hard the materials can be. When the students read the chapters and do the homework we still quite not understand why that number is the correct answer. That's why we turn to our mentor just as you or others to seek more details solution. As I remembered, my first question that I asked and the message I received from your staff is to tell me to go in the message board to find the answer for my question. I went to the message board and I thought all the subject would be in it order just like the book. Infact, is the opposite. There are lots of questions and it took a while for me to find what I'm looking for. If you want all your students first to find the answer from the message board, If possible, would you organize the message board in title order. Example- Far-1- conceptual, Far-6 Cash Flow, or by Wiley Module # in order. Students can post the questions by each subject, and your students can easily find it there. If in anycase (probably rare) the answer is not there, then students would need to call the office and speak to the staff.

Thank you for sharing this suggestion. It's a great idea and we are
always working to make our message board work for our students. We will
take your suggestion into consideration and try to make necessary changes to
make the message board work well for our students. Until we are able to make the appropriate modifications, please keep in mind that there is a search button tool to look up specific subjects or key words.
