I recently signed a contract as sole proprietor to provide some
financial analysis work for a company. It's kinda os freelance job apart
from my regular job. Wondering if I need to charge sale tax on the
service? I live in wisconsin.

Enough around the sales and use tax rate in those who are not well distinguish between the chaos. A general sales tax in the country is not yet the existence and implementation but the federal government to impose different countries to choose the sales tax on the sale or lease of specific goods and services.
