Hello,
Please advise if I should re-send my
certificates and try getting re evaluated with an accredited agency to
check if my credit hours can be increased. I am okay to transfer my
score to any other state too.
Here is my situation:
I passed all four section of CPA in 02/01/2010, from Delaware state. My background is B.Com (p) from Delhi University + P.G. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Amity university, India (1 year correspondence course).
At that time I registered myself with Delaware state as I did not have my P.G Diploma certificate with me. I sent FACS all paper work. (FACS gave me total credit hours of 96 credit hours + 3 for federal taxation course). Later on when I received my degree for P.G Diploma, I inquired with FACS if I can re-send all the paper work to get it evaluated again, but they mentioned that they don't give credits for correspondence course .
P.S: I am working as a staff Accountant with a private company since October 2009 in Silicon Valley. I am not working under a CPA so hours will be counted towards licensing. - I have not written Ethics exam too.
