Thanks bgoyal!

appreciate your response very much!

few questions for you:

1. did you also compelete the bachelors degree that is offered from Oxford Brookes?

2. What documents did you have to evaluated? Do I just send in my membership certificate? or do i have to send them my "transcipt" from oxford brookes?

3. Did you have to take the U.S. Federal Tax course to be eligible for writing the CPA exams?

Thanks alot for your help!

First you need to evaluate your ACCA memberShip certificate. wes.org or ece.org

Than send the evaluation report and application form along with fees to DE state.

You will receive Notice to Schedule and you can pick your dates which you feel you are prepared for.

Pass CPA xams within 18 months,

Than apply for License

I do not know if Application for Licensure be signed by ACCA please call them and ask or read the licensure guidance. But for Colorado ACCA and CA's can sign for sure

If you need Any more info contact me

I am a ACCA Member and Pass CPA exam colorado, No applying license in the state of CA

yeah I passed OBU Degree

I just send notorised copy of ACCA membership certificate copy to colorado along with application.

If you want to evaluation, then ACCA and OBU must send certificate and transcript directly to Evaluator

I did not have to take any tax exams for Colorado board, i dont know about DE board

sorry bgoyal.. you have lost me there...

you stated:

"I just send notorised copy of ACCA membership certificate copy to colorado along with application."

Q->Which state did you get these evaluated for and who did you send it to?

"If you want to evaluation, then ACCA and OBU must send certificate and transcript directly to Evaluator"

Q-> i was under the impression that this was a REQUIREMENT, not a matter of want/desire... do you mean to say that this is NOT required for Delaware?

"I did not have to take any tax exams for Colorado board, i dont know about DE board"

Q->did you submit your application to be eligible for CPA exams to Colorado or Delaware?

bgoyal is referring to Colorado.

"Foreign Candidates: If you are a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and/or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) you may use your membership certificate to meet the education requirements set forth in Rule 2.4:3. You do not need to have your university transcripts evaluated. Simply submit a copy of your membership certificate with your application for certification."
