My $3k+ question: will Becker materials be able to overcome a less-than-ideal background?

I will find out soon enough!

I purchased Becker's CPA Exam Review, Final Review, and Flashcards.

Since I am not working at present, I am locking myself in a room for the next 6 weeks to get the most out of these materials and get ready for FAR.

readysetgo - yes Becker will overcome a shoddy background. I don't even have an accounting major and Becker had me pass FAR and AUD my first try. Becker is pure gold (IMHO). I'm just waiting to hear on REG and BEC...

Please dont give up, you might regret it later in your career. You already passed 2 exams, so you are very capable of being a CPA.

Unfortunately, my profile listing is outdated - I allowed
my two passed parts to expire while trying to pass REG and
FAR two years ago. I attempted to take BEC in the November
window to get back into everything, only to come out with a
74, even though I previously passed it! I think I need to
give up haha.
