Hi Divya,

You do not have to work only in the USA to get your CO board license. You can work anywhere in the world and can still get Co license.

What is important is - you have to have an active membership with the ICAI and be in good standing.

I have my friends working in India, USA, Canada,Middle East and Australia with CO Board license. All CA's from India and did their CPA from CO Board.

Hope that helps.
