I did do the program in NYC. Everyone was extremely nice,
and we did team-building activities 4 nights of the summer.
They also took us to a minor league baseball game. I can't
tell you exactly what you will be doing because they change
it every year, but you get put on a team for the duration
of the program. You do not actually do any work. It's
fun. Just be really personable and you should be fine.
The best part is having access to ask all your questions to
the seniors and managers.

Congratulation! I also got an mentorship offer from NYC office. How many people were in the summer mentor program in NYC office? You mean all the people who attended all the 4 nights session got the offer at the end? do you think what are the main reasons the people who did not get the offer at the end? I am living in upstate NY, and wonder they reimburse the transportation fee. Sorry for so many questions. I really want to work in NYC office of Deloitte and wanna make sure I don't do any mistake. Also appreciate if you could tell me the detail of team building activities.

I did it and got an offer. They want to know you're someone they can work with. Just relax, make sure you are yourself, try to mingle with other Deloitte professionals when you get a chance. You'll be fine.
