I got notification that I received my license. So it takes about 4-5 weeks in VA.

I am now on the NY CPA directory. Now, just waiting for the certificate. It took about 7.5 weeks from the time I mailed in the application.

The Maryland Board of Public Accountancy meets on the first Tuesday of each month to review the work experience and Ethics Exam completion proof. My manager submitted mine in the first week of October, so they should be reviewing my application tomorrow. I don't know how long after that it will take them to issue the actual license though, but I'm guessing it will be before the end of the week.
Check your board's website or contact them and ask when their board meets to review this stuff. Keep in mind that you submit the work experience and Ethics Exam completion certificate AFTER you pass the entire CPA Exam.
