I just graduated with my BA in Accounting how can I know which accounting and business classes meet the 30 hr upper division accounting classes and the 21 hr upper upper division business classes.

On my transcript it says gpa hours, passed hours and attempted hours. Should I base it on the passed hours?

300 and 400 are upper level classes. 500 and above for graduate level

roxy_h05,

You can also check with your state licensing board. I found a helpful fellow that reveiwed all my transcripts (I pdf'd them to him) and he helped me figure it out and confirmed that I was eligible to sit.

I will still need 24 more hours after passing the exams, I might fill those in with business classes, maybe get a second bachelor or something.

I don't think gpa counts and they can be any courses, as long as you meet your business and accounting requirements. You can take dance or health education......they don't care. 150 is 150....But, this is your career, so chose wisely. :)

Good Luck.

I have a similar situation.  I have the hours but need 3 upper level accounting classes.  Is anyone aware of how to acheive this withought having to go for masters.  I am taking exam now as I want to be able I can pass it before I take more classes.
