I did my studies from India and i have my evaluation report from ECE in a sealed envelope. I need to send my application to NJ Board- i am confused on one point- the website says that they need notarized copy of the evaluation report. But i already have a sealed envelope of my report- which has a stamp that"unofficial if seal broken".so i dont know if i need to get a notarized copy too?? i have been unable to get an answer from the board.

please let me know if it is ok to send the sealed envelope with the application form...any help here will be appreciated!!

Don't worry, I had two copies sent to myself and opened one to check what they reported my degree to be worth over here. Their documents were notarized.

cpadream, just another answer, we don't have to send the transcripts along with the evaluation....am i right?

If u are planning to give under NJ board, you don't need any
transcripts- just the ECE evaluation report. Hope this helps. Good
