I need to take Corporate tax and Gov 't & nonprofit accounting this coming Spring 2011. Online or local (near south bay area,CA) I could not find much schools.

So, which colleges offer CPA qualified accounting classes? A quarter system would be better. Where did you take your accounting classes? Thanks

Checkout the UCLA Extenstion program, especially since you are in the south bay. UCLA is also on a quarter system.
