i may be moving to illinois from va. my question is, if i have 1 year of experience and tests passed in va, does that qualify me ro get my license in illinois.

also how many hrs is 1 yr experience?

what counts as experience?

The answer will depend on whether you have 150 semester hours of
education, this is the minimum eligibility for Illinois.

Yes I have 150 hours

I will have one year experience in June 10 months from working and 2 months from my internship

I will be moving into a Business analyst position

Does this qualify?

Great, you should be OK on the educational side as long as you have the
accounting and business credits that Illinois requires.

You will need to look up the Illinois definition of required work experience,
you can do that from the Illinois State Board of Accountancy web site. You
will then be able to compare it with what you already have.
