Based on your experience, do they seem to be releasing
scores to those who don't pass faster than those who
do?...or did you receive your non-passing scores true to
the date they said they would release them?

I took the exam on 4/08/12 and got my score yesterday. Target date for
score release was 5/07/12. Since you are on second window I assume
you would few days before the target date May 23rd.
