I passed all four parts of the CPA exam. I have two questions need your help!

1. I have not yet got my work experience form signed. But I want to know if it is ok that I quit my job as soon as I got it signed. (I meet the one year experience requirement)  Will they issue the certificate to a person that does not have a job?

2. What is the requirement for renewal of the certificate? I decided to stay at home after I quit my current job. Will I be able to renew my certificate if I do not have a job? I know there are CPE requirements. I want to know if I can get my CPE credits online.

Thanks a lot in advance!
