hi
Please share in experience if anybody has gone for Beckers lecture classes. how is it whether it is worth going for the classes. how does the live tutorial work.In the website it shows around 7 classes for regulation and far and 4 to 5 classes for aud and bec. Do they cover the portions well or is it just a rush through all the topics. pls post in amy information you have so it will be helpful for me to decide whether to go for the class or not.

thank you

I have done the in-class thing and found it a horrible waste of time.  Basically, you sit in a room and they show you the exact same lectures you can view on your own at home via their self-study program.

The only benefit was having an 'instructor' and other students to talk to.

I much prefer doing the self-study on my own.  Here, the courses were full days on Saturday and it was exhausting.  They showed 2 lectures per Saturday.

I called up beckers and they said text will be issued and cd of lectures could be taken back home to review. is these cds similar to the self study one.

could you just fill in more info as to how the inclass thing work and also about the self-study program.
How is becker compared to other providers.

thank you very much for the time

If you live in Los Angeles, take the in-class version. Otherwise, take the cd-rom version.

The cd's they are talking about provide the lectures.  The same CDs are shown in the classes.

There isn't a difference.  You watch the lecture, read the materials, and do the practice questions and simulations.
