I'm scheduled to take Regulation on July 3rd. I studied like a crazy person in May to finish FARE and AUD. I just can't seem to focus on studying anymore. I'm waiting for FARE and AUD grades, but if I pass both then REG would be my last section. I'm on Chapter 3 right now and way behind schedule. What do you think I should do -- kick the studying in high gear and take the exam on July 3rd? OR move it by a week or so?? Also, the fact that NASBA/AICPA takes weeks to release the grades, makes me want to postpone the exam. I need some motivation and my grades for FARE & AUD.

Seeing as how this *could* be your last section, I thinking delaying it by a couple weeks would be a good idea. Especially since you're in the beginning of the testing window. No need to rush.

I feel postponing is a better idea coz if you are studying 3rd chapter that means you have finished 2/7th of the course in the past 15 days (assuming you have been studying right after you audit test) so chances of completing the rest of the 5 chapters and if you plan to do a review in 15 days you would need to be studying more than a crazy person would have to :)

If there is no compelling or personal reason for you not to take the on a test later I would definetly postpone by 2-3 weeks.

I too think if you have the luxury to postpone then jump at it : ) When I say luxury I mean your NTS hasn't expired. Reg was actually alot harder then I thought it would be. Its alot of material to cover and I would do as many multiple choice as possible and read the entire Becker book. I was quite surprised by the simulations I got and I feel if I would have taken more time to read EVERYTHING in Becker I would have nailed them. My one simulation focused on a topic that takes maybe a half page out of Becker. I was expecting the "big stuff" to be tested on the simulations and was shocked and disappointed at myself when I opened that simulation : (
