Why not try the Bisk Intensive (cram). Essentially that is what you need given your familiarity with FAR. It covers all the testable areas for the exam.
Robert Monette does an excellent job in explaining key concepts in a very simple, patient and articulate manner. He repeats very important concepts/points giving practical reasons to reinforce and take your own notes while listening. (Note: I recommend taking your own notes as the information sticks better although a booklet is provided which includes the summarized notes). You really learn better taking your own notes.
"Bob" loves journal entries and emphasizes throughout the lecture that you cannot go into the exam without knowing them. He will always work past CPA MCQs and start with JEs; he lives by his word.
His lectures are riddled with a lot of exam tips, tricks and mnemonics. Just a moment ago, I listened to the lecture on Cash Flow Statement and he gave a mnemonic "HAPPE" to remember what goes into the "investing" activities section. That was indeed good as I am normally confused with placing entries incorrectly between "investing" and "financing" activities.
It costs $249.75 (3 DVDs and a booklet containing the notes and MCQs); however, if you are from a CPA firm you can get if for $175.00. Just call Tammie Hemby.
