Well, when you get the online membership you get some online practice simulations. I would say they are helpful. Every part of the preparation materials are helpful in theeir own respect.

Personally, I think reading the text, multiple choice practice, and flashcarding are the most effective way to pass these exams. Practicing simulations will give a person an idea of what to expect on the actual test but more often than not the actual similation is quite different in itself.

To do well on the simulation on the actual exam a person should just get to a high level of knowing the material.
