for all of you who are studying and working at the same time, how many hours of sleep do you manage to get in at night? i get 6 hours of sleep at night now because im studying and i don't know if this too much or too less. i know it's different for every person but i just want to know to at least have a gauge if i am not studying enough or not.

I don't have a job, so i get to sleep about 8-11 hours every night. Sleep is important! You definitely need more than 6 hours of sleep! I would recommend a good 8 hours.

Sleep is very important. You need to be fully alert when studying in order to maximize your learning and retention.
