I have passed all 4 CPA exams from the state of colorado. I would greatly appreciate if someone could give me information as to the next step to get a certificate as a CPA and apply for jobs. I want to know the difference between Certification and Licensing and also the procedure for each.

i have cleared all the 4 sections of CPA exam from Colorado Board and wanted to know what should be the next steps to be followed? do i get the certificate holding out as a CPA and take up a job anywhere in US or India? Do i need to give the Ethics exam as well even if i do not intend to practise as a CPA in US?
