if you are retaking the test. do you register the same way...With the state and become elgible to take the cpa and send transcript and stuff. Or do you just have to find a testing site.

You have to proceed the same way you did to get your original NTS. You either call the number given to you in your acceptance letter, or if your state uses NASBA, you can do it directly through their site.
