Unrealized gains and losses:

AVS go to Accumulated other comperhinsive income

or AS goes to B/S balance sheet

so trading goes to income statement

reclassification

AVS ---->> Maturity

1- unrealized G/L goes to AOCI

2-A--->M AMortize G/L over remaining life of security

I hope it helps to memorize
