i have been using the wiley 14.0 software since a few weeks now....but since yesterday whenever i try to open it a message pops up which says "unhandled exception has occured ...and something about jit debugging"have any of you encountered this problem?

i would really appreciate it if someone could help me regarding this...

The best thing to do would be to contact Wiley tech support directly: 800-762-2974 or 317-572-3994 or online at http://support.wiley.com

I haven't heard of this problem but I'm willing to bet you're running Windows Vista?
