I took the test yesterday. I studied for three months, understood every single topic, did 2000+ mcq (gleim). I felt well prepared.

So, first testlet medium, 2nd harder, 3rd really hard. The mcqs exhausted me.  I also felt defeated since I couldn't remember two formula to do calculations. I went to the similuations with only 40 minutes left. Simulation 1 - I started with the writing section and wrote about 4 paragraphs.  I made a mistake on calculations, but I didn't have time to make corrections and moved to the second simulation. 2nd simulation - first I did the communication part -wrote 5 paragraphs. The other tabs were only one problem which was difficult. So I only completed like 30% of the total problem.

What do you think. Do I have any chance to pass this beast?

You seem to have done well on the MCQs, that's why the increase in degree of difficulty. The Simulations, I know if you attempt about 70% on each one, you have a good chance of clearly passing. So I think you should be in good shape, esp if your communications answers were right! You didnt mention if you completed the Research Tab?

Don't worry now, relax and then prepare for the next section:)

i am sure you did well, getting harder testlet is a really good sign, dont worry i think you will pass. if you didnt blow the sims and atleast attempted communication and other tabs, i think you are in good shape. it happened with me in AUD, i did really well on MCQ's but just like you not so good on sims, i just wrote communication and answer few tabs which i was not even sure its true or not, and i pass with a good score. now the key to this exam is after the test, just move on. dont think too much about the results, start studying for the next.

cpa2bsoon and jams, thanks for the advice. I let FAR rest and start studying for the next one. And, yes I did blow the simulations. I only did well on the communications section (5 paragraphs). The other sections I didn't have time to do much. So I only answered like 15% of all the problems :/
