I m Bcom Graduate frm Mumbai University passed in the year 2002 & have work experience of 3 & 1/2 yrs ... Can i get admissions for CPA & frm which state can I apply ..... I m on H4 visa so I can study but not work here....

Get your degree evaluated by WES. You are dfntly elligible to take exam from Delaware state after taking an online course in Federal Tax but the new WES policy of evaluating certain Bcom degree from india as equal to US undergraduate degree might make you elligible to sit for the exam from other states , but this is just my guess, you will know the true picture only after evaluation.
