Your best bet is to use the advanced search function to enter in your key words. Try to use key words that are as specific as possible. Look for an authoritative piece of literature that covers the topic needed. Once in that piece of literature, sift through the material to find the paragraph that addresses the exact question. While doing this, you might want to use the "search within" function because it will highlight whatever key word you use to "search within". Usually Summary paragraphs and Appendices are not the answer. If you don't get it within a few minutes, just pick something and move on...you're time is probably better spent elsewhere.
