Hi, I have just passed each part of the CPA exam but I currently have not worked in accounting yet so i don't have any experience to qualify for a certificate or a license. Do they have anything like a certificate that shows that you passed the exam even though i don't have experience?

First, congrats on passing the cpa exam! I hope to be in your spot soon too. It depends on which state you apply for. Here is what I learned. Some states are two-tier meaning they have certification & license. In your case, you can get certification, but no license in two-tier state. For states are one-tier, you will need to fulfill work experience requirement as they provide you license only.
I hope this helps. I am researching which state I should apply for when I am done with the cpa exam.

If you find the Colorado Board of Accoutancy website, I believe it lists a certificate pathway without experience, probably a good place to start. Also, check Delaware.

Does a certificate allow you to display CPA on letterhead/biz cards so it says like "John Doe, CPA", or does the certificate mean you are restricted by how you display the accreditation?
I'm in a similiar boat, was looking at Colorado but their education requirements are extremely high even as 150 hour states go.

Delaware is no longer a two-tier state. Illinois is a two-tier state provided that you had 150 credit-hours at the time you sat for the exam. "Although passing the exam provides an individual with the CPA
certification, it does not grant the right to hold oneself out as a
“CPA” in Illinois or provide attest services (audits and reviews)."
