Hi All,

I have passed all four parts of the CPA exam including the AICPA Ethics exam from Colorado. Now I am trying to apply for Colorado license.I have submitted all my documents for evaluation to Joseph Silny & Associates under Rule 2.5 "Education in Lieu of Experience".I have got my CA & Masters from India.Under these circumstances, shall I be eligible for Colorado license or will I have to do any additional hours? Is anyone in this same situation?

Thanks to all of you in this forum for looking into...

Hi

I passed all 4 exams from State of Colorado and recd congratulatory letter in Apr. I am yet to appear for AICPA Ethics exam.

I would appreciate if someone can tell me how much time do u need to study for ethics exam ??

Also, what are the documents to be submitted for credential evaluation under rule 2.5 " Education in lieu of experience"?.

If one applies as an Associate Member of AICPA, will that hold good to show in your resume that you have passed all 4 exams but not certified , to fetch a job.

I would appreciate if anyone replies.

Hi Raji,

I have all passed all four parts of the Uniform CPA exam from Colorado & completed the AICPA ethics...Now I am planning to pursue license from Colorado under the rule 2.5"Education in Lieu Of Experience".I have submitted all the original marksheets to the evaluation agency. For ethics exam you can read the book maybe in a week & then give the exam...it is an open book exam...Let me know if you have any other queries...Where in US are you based?

Thanks....
