Hi all,
I emailed CA board to ask if my credit will ever expire if I dont apply for license? Here is my question and their reply :
Hello,
I have passed all 4 CPA exams in may 2008 from CA Board. Will I lose my credits if I don't apply for license? If Yes, what is the time limit to apply for a license after passing all exams? I am working as a Tax Associate. Will my tax experience be considered for pathway 2 -work experience requirement?
RE:
In response to your e-mail, once you have passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam, your scores will never expire.
Also, your tax experience would count towards a General license for Pathway 2, as long as it is supervised by an individual holding a valid active license to practice public accounting.
Sincerely,
Sean Clark
