Doesn't matter where the Prometric center was located. What matters is the state through which you received your NTS.
If you got your NTS through Texas to sit as a Texas candidate, your scores will be on the Texas website.
If you got your NTS through New Hampshire, your scores will be posted on the New Hampshire section of the NASBA website.

If you initially got your NTS through Texas, then applied to have credit for completed exam sections transferred into New Hampshire, contact the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy. But the sections you completed as a Texas candidate should still have been initially posted by Texas.
Since this is early July, I'm going to assume that "a while back" means you took your exam in the April/May window. You should have at least gotten your score in the mail by now. Have you contacted the agency through which you made your application and verified they have your current address?
Wave 1 July/August scores will be released around August 20th, and Wave 2 July/August scores will be released around September 20th.
