Your grades are excellent. Your GPA is fine and don't worry about that C for audit - that will NOT be an issue. If I were a recruiter I would be wondering why you retook it (really did not understand the topics at all?). Interns do not do much anyway, it is an opportunity for you and the firm to check each other out more than getting useful work out of you.

A go-getter attitude is fine as long as it means you are a self starter and not aggressively in someone's face all the time. Your bio looks nice which proves you don't lounge on the couch all day and being minority/bilingual/female can be very helpful. Be yourself and natural when you interview, don't over prepare with fully rehearsed answers. Good luck.

You should be fine.  Your grades are great and the interpersonal skills and taking initiative are huge.  Also, being attractive always helps.  And if you got a scholarship from a Big 4 firm I don't see why they wouldn't give you a internship.
