For people who are or were promoted to Senior Associate can you please provide the following info. I want to see how my promotion/raise of 4% and bonus of 0 compares to others in this economy. I work at GT and our fiscal year begins 8/1.

1. Name of the firm?

2. % Raise and/or bonus?

3. When was/is the raise/bonus effective?

4. If you care to share, what is your base pay in your new role?

I will be losing my job before I receive a raise or bonus! Just be happy they didnt give you the boot and stick it to them when the economy recovers.

Furthermore, companies only seem to reward people that job hop. For the most part it is the easiest way to get double digit increases.
