The problem has been resolved. I contacted the Director of the Division of Certified Public Accounting in FL and this was her response. Now I can take Auditing in Nov and be done!
"Rule 61H1-28.0052 F.A.C. was amended, with an effective date of August 20, 2009. Applicants for original licensure now have 36 months to apply for licensure after passing all sections of the CPA examination."
I also asked about the possibility of submitting a licensure package without the work experience and avoiding having grades expire.
"With regards to your question regarding submission of licensure package, Florida statutes require that applications are approved or denied within 90 days. Therefore we would not be able to hold the application open indefinitely. However, the Board of Accountancy will allow an applicant an additional six months to meet requirements upon receipt of a signed waiver. Thank you" Veloria A.
