I wouldn't apply online, try to contact a recruiter directly.

Try going to a job fair or look at your state's society of CPAs, sometimes they publish a firm guide with contact information.

IF you are unexperienced the only way to get into Big 4 is through campus recruiting. If you are a seasoned accountant, you could probably apply online.
