Has anyone been to an accounting firm's open house? What is it like?

Yes it was a great experience. It was one of the top 5 accounting firms and their focus was on socialization and how well you fit with the group. In adddition they checked your ability to carry a converstation with partners and other applicants.... Basically be your self and don't like a loner...
