For business trip, I wonder if Big 4 will pay for Business
class for associates?

No, and with most flight companies wanting to cut back costs...no free lunch...maybe water and peanuts if you're lucky.

Tell them your diabetic or hypoglycimic and bring your own food on, if thats what makes you happy.

Sometimes the airport will have an upgrade price which I believe can be purchased seperately. I was thinking about doing this if offered on my next flight, although it would be me paying the bill, not the firm

No, and there isn't really a business class anymore. We fly coach but with all the miles you accumulate, there's a chance you can get upgraded to first class. Just make sure to sign up for the frequent flyer programs and that way you can get better seats near the front of the plane.
