Some companies require SAP experience. But i have no chance to learn through my job because my company is relative small, but how can a person learn SAP software in order to prepare a job interview?

Thank you.

Well i think it must be a little complicated that's why tutorials are so very expensive and SAP professionals are so much sought after.

I hope that you get more responses from SAP users but I do have some very specific experience.  The best way to learn it is to get in a company that uses it and get training for it. This should sound reminiscent of Steve Martin's "how to make a million dollars".

Each class is $3500 for full week courses (some are less days than that). There may be cut rate trainers out there but I don't know of them.

SAP is a huge, multiple role system which I think is an absolute leviathan by design - to keep the price of entry high.  While there are probably 2-3 courses you can take to be dangerous, there are a lot of courses to really be an expert, depending on objective. Honestly SAP could spend a lot less time on their innumerable, largely redundant and time consuming "exercises" and get more general content. I'm quite sure their training is one of the sacred cash cows and nobody will slay that one.

It might pay to take one of the overview courses just to have that on a res, then get inside a company and take every class you can on the company's dime. Additionally, it's good to find  a company that is in the deployment state to get in on the ground floor. They will be spending more than the US Congress anyway so a couple classes won't hurt.

Best of luck. SAP's motto: You will be assimilated
