I'm attempting to obtain my license through the state of Colorado. I recently ordered the ethics exam materials through cpa2biz.com (AICPA). I now see that Colorado has their own application to purchase the materials. This doesn't matter right? I'm assuming/hoping, that all they will need is my certificate of completion and that I didn't have to order the study materials through the state board.

Hey Manes,
I just passed my last section and am looking for some info on the ethics exam. The link below indicates that Colorado uses the AICPA Exam. I will call tomorrow and see if I can get a definate answer but on the surface it looks like the AICPA will work. Can you post the Colorado link? Thanks
